Who is this retreat for?
Thoughtfully designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners, the retreat offers you a chance to dive into authentic yogic practices—including Angamardana is a system rooted in yoga that offers to everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and to reach peak physical and mental health. If you already know Angamardana, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn advanced Yogasanas, Angamardana, and new variations.

  • A supportive, peaceful atmosphere in one of Lithuania’s most picturesque locations
  • Special sessions in Angamardana and its variations
  • Meditations and unique yogic processes led by senior Isha-trained teachers

  • The main program will be conducted in English. To ensure everyone feels comfortable, our Lithuanian teachers will be available to clarify and explain everything in Lithuanian as needed.

 

Arrival & Accommodation:

 

  • Arrival is between 16:30 and 18:00 (4:30–6:00 PM).
  • Rooms will be shared by 2–3 people, with each room featuring a separate shower for your comfort.

 

Program Schedule:

 

  • Beginners:
    • Learn Angamardana over four sessions (each session is 2 hours and 30 minutes), designed to provide a strong base for your personal practice.
  • Advanced Practitioners:
    • Deepen your practice with advanced Yogasanas and Angamardana, including new variations, tailored to help you explore the full potential of your yogic journey.

Evenings are set aside for informal gatherings and relaxation by the campfire, fostering a sense of community and sharing.

 

All meals are freshly prepared vegetarian dishes, supporting your practice and well-being.
