A natural way to improve vision related issues which many a times stem from routine patterns of sitting in front of computers, televisions, phones etc. The Eye Care Program has been designed to correct and prevent further deterioration of our eyesight, and can reduce the need to wear glasses and possibly avoid corrective eye surgeries.

As well as providing relaxation to tired eyes and enhancing our concentration, these practices are highly recommended for the optimal health of our eyes.

Recommended for those with Myopia and Hypermetropia.
